great recruiting advice from two great coaches

I stumbled upon a video interview of Coach Andy Powell ( University of Oregon - and, former colleague of mine at Columbia) and Beth Alford-Sullivan (University of Tennessee currently) from 2011. And, though the video is six years old now - it contains really pertinent track and field/cross country specific recruiting advice.
