Bucknell Track & Field - Class of 2025

Bucknell Track & Field and Cross Country Head Coach Kevin Donner has announced the addition of 44 student-athletes who will join the Bison for the 2021-22 campaign. The class consists of 24 for the men's program, and 20 incoming first years for the women's team.

"I am very happy with the recruiting class for both genders," said Head Coach Kevin Donner. The NCAA Dead Period during prime recruiting times put us in a position where we could not physically meet anyone or even watch them compete. None of these athletes competed in the outdoor track and field season during their junior years, and depending on the school or region, some did not do a fall cross country season or a winter or spring track and field season as seniors. In spite of all these obstacles, I would say it ranks as one of our better classes on paper. I do not evaluate a recruiting class until the end of their 2nd year on campus, but on paper it looks great. We are very excited to get this group on campus this august . I want to thank my coaching staff for all of their zoom calls and non traditional recruiting methods and of course a great academic institution like Bucknell can sell itself just based on the brand."

Both the men's and women's program earned third-place finishes at the 2021 Patriot League Outdoor Championships this spring. In cross country, the women's program finished third overall, while also boasting individual champion Ashlyn Ramos. The men's cross country program placed fourth at the 2021 Patriot League Spring Cross Country Championship.
